StopWatch window cannot be moved with mouse.

Status: Under construction.

Description:
StopWatch window cannot be moved with mouse.
Workaround:
Use keyboard to move the window:
- Click on StopWatch window
- Press ALT+SPACE on keyboard
- Select "Move" from the menu
- Move the window by using arrows on keyboard (do not move mouse)
- Press ENTER when finished
