Hi guy's, I am trying to write some code for a UPS Remote Alarm Interface for "Dry" Contacts.
I have a coding problem. I need to be able to re-activate the hooter on a new alarm after the Alarm Accept has been pressed.
I think the "Hoot_reset_Flag" is where I am going wrong.

Is PIC Doomed
I have been following MikroE for pic for some years now.
There seems to be a downward trend for the PIC guy's.
Is society moving away fro PIC?

Microchip Compiler
As we all know, MPLAB is no more, they have moved over to MPLABX.
Is there a way to integrate to MPLABX (like the document from MikroE for MPLAB)
This would allow for all the new MCU's Microchip have released.
Kindest regards
Trevor

Re: Addition of munbers
OK I am a bit slow here. I have two chr's stored at 0x10 and 0x11 in the EEPROM. The first value is 3 and the second is 5. This represents 35 as displayed on the LCD. I display as below LCD_chr(4,6,hi_temp); LCD_chr(4,7,hi_temp1); I want to have the result of these chr's to equil a hex value (raw da...
