Possible new MikroProg features
Is it possible to add a feature to the MikroProg Suite which shows an activity/warning/error log in a textbox at the bottom of the window along with a timestamp of said activity/warning/error? This would be similar to the 'Messages' tab/panel at the bottom of the screen in MikroC Pro. Currently, the...

Re: MikroC or MikroBasic? who give shorter/faster code?
MikroC likely sells more than MikroBasic though only MikroE could definitively tell about it. This is not True in any sense !!! A C compiler has many internal things that a Basic compiler does not have and can not do and it takes mE more investment in Time to maintain the C compilers and that being...

Re: mikroProg vs PICFlash2
Hi, MikroProg is a newer programmer and 'supposedly' caters to all PICs (PIC10/12/16/18/24/32/dsPIC30/dsPIC33, etc) though adding of newer controllers is a slow process which can take up to 1-2 years. Please, for your information, the mikroProg is released on June 29th, 2011, with three updates unt...

Re: mikroProg vs PICFlash2
What's the difference between a mikroProg and a PICFlash2 programmer ? Thanks ! PICFlash 2 is older and supports fewer controllers. It can only program PIC10/12/16/18. And all this is implemented/enabled in v2.20 of MikroProg Suite or will it be made available for all revisions of the chip in a later version?zristic wrote:Not anymore, we have identified all known variations and mikroProg successfully overrides all of them.

TRISA.B4 = 1;
TRISA.F4 = 1;
Either should work.

Re: mikro ProgSuit 2.15 does not support PIC16F1827
Silicon revision can be read from the chip and programming sequence can be altered accordingly. Is there any problem in programming/debugging current 16F1827 chips with the MikroC Compiler and MiroProg?zristic wrote:The problem is that different revisions of the chip need different programming sequence.

Hello, Please notice that when you connect mikroProg or EasyPIC7 to your computer and open mikroProg Suite v2.20, you will be able to select those controllers in drop down list. Please try to do this with your programmer. Also notice print screen from my system in attachment. Best regards. http://w...

Re: mikroProg Support for PIC16F1827
This is because you are using PICFlash2. You are not reading the posts. You need mikroProg in order to get the chips showing in the list. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. I purchased 4-5 of your PICFlash2 programmers/debuggers less than a year ago and essentially they are just a pie...

Re: mikroProg Support for PIC16F1827
Hello, This controller is supported by mikroProg Suite v2.20. Just connect your mikroProg or EasyPIC7 board and you will be able to see them in drop down list. Best regards. I tried finding it in the list but it isn't listed there. I even checked after connecting PICFlash2 and still I can't see the...
