Re: I2C packet length
I'm trying to test your code but at the moment I have only 16F722...and I have problems with that chip with the MicroProg 2.10...I have to wait for other chips in this case...I don't like it.
If I will find something in the mean time I will come back...I hope other guys can help you anyway..

Re: MikroProg and 16F722
Hi, [code]Did you tried with another chip?[/code] Yes..the same. If you will search on this forum will you find that this is happening with some chips. The advice from Mikroe team was on some post that "ignore that error". [code]Try to power your board using an external power supply (dont rely on US...

Hi,
WDF disabled...result is the same.
I've forgot to mention the 'well known' error at the end of the programming session..see the attachment.

MikroProg and 16F722
Hi. I have a 16F722 and the EasyPic4 board. I'm using the 2.10 MikroProg. I build my program (any...LEDs ON for example) and try to flash it into the PIc. I have a 8MHz oscillator on my board (I've try with 10MHz too). Problem: My program is working inside the PIC only if I use RC into the drop down...

Re: I2C packet length
I've check your code and I have one question in regards to your code:
I think your communication from Master->Slave is not a problem.
Did you ever sent any byte from Slave to the Master? I have doubds it will work..

Re: HID communication
Hi,
Thanks for the answer! I think I will go with the Windows Driver Kit, as the other non Microsoft Windows implementations are only based on this and they are quite buggy.
Thanks for the link. I will write a C++ dll as I have already the GUI in Java and use then JNDI.
Regards,
George

HID communication
Hi all, I've made a small project that is reading the temperature and sending the values over the USB. With the HID terminal all are ok. However, has anyone any ideea how to get on the PC side those values? HID is not Virtual Com Port and as a result needs to be threaded in a different way. Any idee...

PIC 16F716 with EasyPic4
Hi, I try to write a very simple program(LED ON, OFF) on a 16F716. When I press F11 to write the program I've got a popup messagebox asking me: Device detected: 12F508 Device selected : 16F716 I put the 16F716 into the DIP18B. Is there any known issue? I have a lot of 16F716 and I'try with many of t...

Re: HELP: read RS232 Write LCD
Hi drdoug,
Thank you for your sugestion.
The 100nF condensator is on my design missing...maybe I'll put it too. I have a very good filtered source and this is why I didn't care about that one.
Regarding the LCD problem is solved: it was a contact issue.
Thank you!

Re: UART problem
Hi,
The only diference betwen the LF and F is that the LF is working at 2V up to 5V. For my project I need 2.8V. Apart of that, there is no diference.
However, think you for sending me this example.
I confirm that it is working.
Thank you!

Re: HELP: read RS232 Write LCD
Hi, Thank you for your answer! I'll do it today and come back with the results. HOWEVER, the problem is, I think, not with the software. The problem is that: I make an application( I've already try more examples) and burn it on the PIC. Then, when I start try the app, 80% is not working, but, someti...

Re: SD/MMC Card issue(s)
Hi Mustafa,
Well..not so nice....I'll build my own one with resistor divider. I live in Europe and to send it back to US it cost more money than the board itself...
Thank you for your very kind support!!!
