Hi,
Debugging with mikroProg is supported only in our compilers (mikroC/Basic/Pascal).
However, you should be able to program the hex generated by MCUXPresso or IAR Embedded Workbench using the mikroProg Suite for ARM application.

Hi Marc, Could you please check the results in the USART Terminal within 5 seconds upon MCU reset? Please configure the USART Terminal as in the screenshot below and send me a screenshot of the terminal window. You should see "gggggggg...." as a response from MCU on the terminal within 5 seconds aft...

I just noticed in the picture you attached that the jumpers J14 (RA4, RA5) are not set for I/O but OSC. Please move it to the left position and try again (run the project that I've attached without the modifications).
