the error was mine when using pic 16f628a, this pic does not have adc, if not analog comparators, I have read the data sheet.
use pic 16f88 and it has adc and the program compiled without errors attached image

Hello, I recently received help from the user PV31, I appreciate your help initially and I improved the pic basic pro (pbp) code a bit, symmetrical source code.
But I reduced the code to 54 programming lines and it uses pic 16f877a and lm358 operational amplifier in inverter mode.
