when I get more information I will post it here.
Short-term solution is open up some VisualTFT (.VTFT) project from Examples folder and close project.

I have been able to reproduce the issue on mikroC for dsPIC v7.0,
if it is not installed in default installation folder.
So please install mikroC for dsPIC compiler in the default install location:
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Mikroelektronika
