Tina sounds excellent, i'll give it a try in next few days.
thank you for your opinion on it.
i like the fact it simulates micro controllers programs as well.

Re: DS18B20 and ATtiny13 (thermostat a fan)
my bad i was using MicroC PIC 6.0.1
tried it in MicroC AVR 6.0.1 works a treat
thankyou for the reply.
problm is i downloaded all basic c pascal, installed all, and am trying all (demos), limited size is not really a problem for very small projects..

Re: DS18B20 and ATtiny13 (thermostat a fan)
i know it's a bit late for this but . i am trying to learn about pwn on attiny13 and going to the above libstack page the section : DDB0_bit = 1; PWM1_Init(_PWM1_FAST_MODE, _PWM1_PRESCALER_1, _PWM1_NON_INVERTED, 0); are both coming back with errors (underlined red) and compile errors. i'm assuming i...

Re: CAN Calculator Tool Released on Libstock!
would be easier for newcomers to see whole interface, as it can be confusing seeing it after info has been input, as it is an excellent tool, and would be easier to learn when seeing everything at the beginning..
not really a problem thou as it is for seasoned users..

Re: CAN Calculator Tool Released on Libstock!
Seems to do the same for me.. but when i fill in settings in left hand column , then press calculate does the right hand side appear.. then when you select the CAN data parameters the requested code appears in the copy box.. may be a bit confusing for some but it does work.. ( Win7 64bit ).. this wa...

did a quick sketch up based on atmega128 pinout.
if you are happy with pinout i'll start programming

is it the atmega128 or atmega1280 that you want to work with ?
and i'll sort out pinout.

Re: is it possible to convert 16 switches to a 16bit number.
my bad
i meant keep the first and lose the second.
"That Diode will in fact give you about a 1.2 volt drop, but it's no biggie. I use all shcottky diodes for their low voltage drop, IE. about .300 mv.
That diode you have in there could be removed"

Re: is it possible to convert 16 switches to a 16bit number.
i will have a look at Protel it has been many years since i used it.. excellent program, i will dig it out and install it to use with your diagrams.. i was reading somewhere about ac controlling opto's and the diode was in use so thought i would try it out, but as you pointed out it serves no purpos...
