Re: PIC Clock error when trying to start Debugger
I've replaced the TFT_Reset routine with my known working code, but still no luck. If I sent you schematic, and the working init code, code you help me get a working project? By the way, this afternoon the debugger appears to be ignoring my breakpoints, any ideas why? Also, can I issue a processor r...

Re: PIC Clock error when trying to start Debugger
'TFT_Init_SSD1963_8bit' seems much shorter than 'TFT_Init_SSD1963'? It should replace this and perform the same functions? I imagined only minor difference in the settings applied?

Re: PIC Clock error when trying to start Debugger
I guess I need to use TFT_Init_SSD1963_8bit_Custom and manually adjust the settings once again? The standard TFT_Init_SSD1963_8bit didn't work again.

Re: PIC Clock error when trying to start Debugger
Yes, I've modified this to my display's timing. SSD1963.

Re: PIC Clock error when trying to start Debugger
Yes, updating the mikroProg Suite has enabled me to operate in Debug mode, thanks. My TFT code executes, but gives me a blank white screen (same as Harmony Graphics Composer code). My 'bare bones' driver code works and I can draw shapes in colour on my screen, so my settings and hardware are good. H...

Re: Non-existent update
I'm running 4.0.0, but I don't see VisualTFT in there? Did I miss something? I'm using mikroC for PIC32.

Re: PIC Clock error when trying to start Debugger
Pictures attached. I have an adaptor cable, five signals from the mikroProg socket to the five pins of my ICD header. It is working to program the board, doesn't that imply that it should work for debugging too? I can shorten it, if it is fussy about cable length.

Re: PIC Clock error when trying to start Debugger
The installer says "A newer version of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable has been detected on the machine."
Should I proceed anyway?

Re: PIC Clock error when trying to start Debugger
I don't know how I missed that, thanks.
I've correctly set up my clock, now I can reprogram and start the debugger, but I get an immediate error
"PC out of scope - Please reprogram the chip and restart the debugger."

Re: PIC Clock error when trying to start Debugger
I've set the correct processor, 24MHz clock, ICD Debug mode. Is there more to configure? How do I set up the PIC configuration bits in this tool?

PIC Clock error when trying to start Debugger
I've a PIC32MZ receiving 24MHz clock from an external oscillator module. I've configured the clock setting in the IDE to 24MHz. When I try to enter debug using the mikroProg, I get a 'PIC Clock error'. What did I miss?

Re: 'TFT' is not a valid integer value
I've spawned a new project with the same display definition, this error has disappeared.
