can someone please help, what is the difference between UART1_Data_Ready() and UART1_Read();

1. UART1_Read() usually used in interrupt sub routine and in while(1) loop.
2. UART1_Data_Ready() not used in interrupt sub routine and most of the time in while(1) loop.
