PIC 18F4550 USB communication with PC

Im using the given circuit design in MikroC to communicate with PC using USB. But it doesn't work correctly. PC doesn't identify it. I'm using 20 Mhz oscillator instead of 8 Mhz....

Any Help .. ??? :?: :(
