Every now and then we hear amazing stories of enormous love and dedication which some of you put into your work with our products. Let us share this one of a wooden box for EasyPIC v7.
When our Guatemala distributor Burgath visited a workshop on PIC microcontrollers in Quetzaltenango, they came accross a young student, Jose Mario Tzun who held a beautiful wooden box with mikroElektronika carved on the front panel. They were so amazed by the level of detail and dedication put into this casing, so they decided to take a short video and share with the rest of the community.
Outter box is similar to the cardboard box in which EasyPIC v7 is originally distributed. Many of the details are carved in wood, and look awesome. Inside is a whole different story. Jose made sure that the board lies in a wooden piece which can be lifted while developing. Behind there are GLCD and LCD compartments, as well as a place for USB cable.
If Harry Potter was using EasyPIC, he would probably carry it in a box like this one 🙂
We’re impressed, Jose, keep up the good work!
