How does it work?

Electric Magnetic Valve G3/4 FPD (FPD-270A) is an all-copper 6-point normally closed solenoid water valve designed for reliable inlet control in a wide range of household appliances and industrial systems that use water. Operating on DC 12V with a current of 400mA and a power consumption of 4.8W, this valve features a 6.3mm pin interface and is made to handle tap water at temperatures ranging from 0 to 55°C, provided there is no freezing. It functions efficiently under working pressures between 0.02 and 0.8MPa, delivering a stable flow rate between 0.5 and 15 liters per minute.

The valve guarantees 100% startup at rated voltage across the specified pressure range and can withstand a water pressure of 2MPa for five minutes without leakage or damage. It offers high electrical insulation with a resistance greater than 100MΩ at DC500V and meets F-class insulation standards, while the actuator insulation for environmental adaptation is rated as E class. The valve demonstrates exceptional durability, completing over 50,000 operating cycles (5 seconds on/5 seconds off) without performance degradation and shows no signs of corrosion after 48 hours of salt spray testing.

Designed as a unidirectional pilot-operated valve for intermittent periodic duty, it operates reliably at altitudes up to 2500 meters, within ambient temperatures of 0–40°C, and relative humidity up to 95% at 25°C. The valve’s compact body, measuring 68×34×64 mm, includes both inlet and outlet ports with 6-point external threads and a diameter of 26mm, ensuring easy integration into existing plumbing and control systems.
