Some mikroC code for decoding Philips and LG remotes.
Back in October we featured a TV remote relay switcher project done by Nemanja Nikolic of our Support department (back then an intern in our Lab). His project used the NEC protocol for the remote control.
Doing some vanity Google searches today (that’s when you search for yourself on Google), we stumbled upon a small blog called Electronics Note. The author there posted a LED blinking tutorial with a remote, but using another a Philips RC5.
Granted, LED blinking isn’t exactly breaking news, but to get the whole picture, backtrack through previous posts where the subjects of decoding the RC5 and LG TV remote control protocols are treated. The blog also has a bunch of other mikroC for PIC tutorials you might find interesting.
