While we are chewing over the submitted designs from the Upverter competition, we thought you might want to see some entries too.

The few designs presented here are in no way favored compared to those not shown. Our expert panel will determine the winner independently, this is just a sampling to give you a taste of what's in the pot.
A heart rate monitor for example:
"A small Analog Front End AD8232 from Analog Devices to capture single LEAD ECG Electro Cardiogram - heart activity and monitor Heart Beat rate."
Or an intricate touchpad:
"'Qtouch'" is a board taking advantage of the Atmel AT42QT1070 sensing IC. The board is set up for the comms mode where the user can interact with the chip via I2C, the IC has multiple registers for setting up seven touch pad sensors, handling any type of cover material, from glass to high density acrylic. This IC has been developed for be using under high noise environment, making the touch sensing aplications a lot more easy. Qtouch designed for real life easy touch sensing applications."
But also some simpler but practical applications, like the mikroBUS™ logic analyzer:
"This MikroBUS board allows you to easily connect your oscilloscope probes to a microcontroller to probe the logic levels."
There's more where that came from, 15 more designs to be exact, and at least one will become a click board. As soon as we make up our minds. It's a sweet dillema.
Yours sincerely,
