Tilt 4 Click is a compact add-on board designed for dependable tilt detection in a variety of applications. It features the RB-231X2, a high-precision rolling ball tilt switch from C&K Switches (Littelfuse), ensuring accurate and safe tilt sensing.

 

KEY FEATURES:

 

  • Accurate tilt detection: Detects tilting movements up to a 10° angle, offering a good range for various applications.
  • High operating life: The tilt switch is rated for 100,000 cycles, ensuring long-term reliability.
  • Simple interface: Connects to the microcontroller using only two pins (INT and LED), simplifying integration and reducing wiring complexity.
  • Real-time interrupt signal: Provides an interrupt signal to the microcontroller whenever a tilt event is detected, enabling immediate response.
  • Visual tilt indication: Features a red LED that illuminates upon detecting a tilt, offering visual feedback on the board's state.
  • Dual voltage support: Operates with both 3.3V and 5V logic levels, ensuring compatibility with a wider range of microcontrollers.
