CMake project parsing
- Refined the CMake project loading process to guarantee accurate parsing timing and a smoother experience when reopening projects. This resolves timing issues that previously caused CMake to report occasional “ghost” errors when the IDE started with the last opened project.
NECTO Studio General
- Enhanced overall IDE visuals, including improved icons, borders, and interface polish.
CUSTOMER FEEDBACK
NECTO Assistant
- Fixed an issue with WebSocket communication over SSL, which previously caused instability in communication between NECTO Assistant and NECTO IDE. The fix ensures stable notifications, real-time code generation updates, and direct in-editor code modifications without manual copy/paste actions.
- Fixed tooltip display in the NECTO Assistant sidebar (it was previously showing URL links instead of proper tooltips).
Setup & Project Management
- Fixed build issues affecting MCUs without ICD support.
Dual-Core Support
- Added port2 option in CODEGRIP settings for dual-core MCUs.
- Fixed build and debug issues for dual-core projects where core-specific compiler flags were not properly applied.
GIT Version Control
- Fixed: Deleting a repository that was last opened while NECTO was closed caused an unwanted Version Control layer to appear upon startup.
- Fixed: Attempting to access Repository Options with no repository open caused NECTO to crash unexpectedly.
- Fixed: After initial cloning of a repository, the View menu in the Version Control tab became greyed out (unavailable).
Editor
- Fixed an issue that sometimes occurred when closing files, where recursive parsing prevented the file from closing properly.
