Pictures from a competition at Novi Sad's Technical Faculty show why Buggy is the "dream car for makers and hackers".
"Robots are booming," reports Tech Crunch in their recent feature on the state of robotics. The lengthy piece discusses the cutting edge developments and latest innovations in the field. On the opposite end of that spectrum are all the students, future innovators who will work their way to becoming experts.
Tools like the Buggy support this kind of exploration. A few images from a recent "Hard & Soft" competition organized at the Technical Faculty in Novi Sad demonstrate how our robot rover/autonomous vehicle platform transforms itself in the hands of creative hackers.
Participating students had to create an autonomous vehicle that performs predefined tasks, and reports results to a nearby computer through an RF wireless connection. They also had to develop a piece of software for a PC to display results.
Our CEO, Neb, was one of the judges (the Faculty is his Alma Mater), that's how we got the photos.
These images should also inspire you to incorporate Line Follower click with the Buggy. There's always a workaround.
