Click Snap is the new feature of our standardized Click add-on boards, which gives many new possibilities for implementation
Our Click board™ format hasn't changed since its inception in 2011, so we wanted to address some usability requirements like low power, board size, and flexibility. With Click Snap feature we are getting all motioned benefits and still maintaining compatibility with existing mikroBUS™ systems and development boards. Boards with the Click Snap feature consist of two sections - flexible Snap-ing Part, and regular fixed Click board™ mikroBUS™ form factor.

HOW TO USE IT?
STEP 1
Make several cuts on both sides of the bridge to weaken the PCB.
STEP 2
Carefully snap the board along the weakened lines using your hands or a suitable tool.
STEP 3
Solder a 1x8 male right angle connector, available in the MIKROE shop, onto the designated area of the PCB.
STEP 4
Connect the detached Click Snap area using an 8-wire female-to-female cable (available in 10cm or 30cm lengths) or a 1.5mm pitch male/female header for a board-to-board connection
