We have collected several most frequently asked questions and provided answers right here, so you don’t have to ask them once more.

When will I get my items?

MikroElektronika policy is that all packages are prepared and ready for shipping within 2 business days. As soon as we prepare your items we will ship them to the courier which you have selected. When package leaves our warehouse you will get a notification.

– If you have chosen DHL as your prefered shipping method, delivery is usually done within 2 – 4 business days.

– If you have chosen Post Office as your preferred shipping method this takes a bit longer: from 7 – 30 business days.

It is probable, but highly unlikely that packages may get stuck at customs for longer than usual. If this is the case please contact the nearest local office of chosen delivery service for more information.

How do I track my shipment?

Package tracking is available with certain courier services, such as DHL. As soon as we dispatch your package you will get an E-mail with the tracking number and a link to the delivery courier webpage where you can track your package. In case you have done the purchase with your mikroElektronika account, you can also easily track your package in the “Orders” section.

Do prices include VAT?

Prices specified on product web pages, mikroElektronika Store or shopping cart do not include any taxes, VAT, customs fees or other expenses.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

You are entitled to free shipping via DHL or Post Office if the subtotal value of the regular product price of shopping cart items exceeds 1000.00 USD.

Does mikroElektronika offer Educational Discount?

For the time being, mikroElektronika doesn’t provide special educational discounts, except for software, throught the site license. We, however, might support your project if we find it interesting, so we encourage you to contact us with your proposal.

How do I return a product?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products in their original packaging within 14 days.
