The EasyBuzz Board enables your development system to emit audio signals. It contains a piezo speaker capable of playing sound frequencies in the range between 20Hz and 20kHz. There is also an on-board DIP switch used to connfigure board connections.
The EasyBuzz Board features a Piezo Speaker capable of emitting audio signals. For the piezo buzzer to operate normally it is necessary to generate a voltage signal of specified frequency. Piezo buzzer’s resonant frequency is 3.8kHz (where you can expect it’s best performance), but frequencies ranging between 2kHz and 4kHz can also be used. Buzzer driver can be provided with digital signal, or pulse-width modulated signal, where sound pitch is determined by the PWM frequency, and sound volume can be adjusted by changing PWM duty cycle.
