Nebojsa Matic is the visionary behind MIKROE. An engineer by education, entrepreneur by instinct, and philosopher by mindset - he built MIKROE from a small workshop into a global embedded ecosystem with 3500+ products exported to more than 130 countries worldwide.

In recent years, Neb has been dedicated to organizational efficiency and leading a team of over 90 talented professionals through a unique platform that combines a four-day workweek, automation, and daily output - all aimed at fostering tolerance and contributing to a shared mission: building a better society.

Recognized as one of Serbia’s most inspiring leaders, he has earned the titles "Entrepreneur of the Year 2012", “Employer of the Year 2018”, “Innovative Entrepreneur of the Year 2021” by Earnst&Young, and “Manager of the Year 2023” by the Serbian Association of Managers.

In 2021, Neb took another bold step by introducing a 4-day workweek, beginning with the manufacturing department. This initiative was built on the belief that focused and well-rested people drive innovation. The result: 30% more productivity with 20% fewer working hours and almost 25% fewer employees. Meanwhile, employee fluctuation has been reduced to an amazing 1% - proving that people can achieve more with motivation through additional free time.
