Overview
Three-Axis Accelerometer Board is a development tool for measuring static and dynamic acceleration.
The board features an ADXL330. There is also a rail-to-rail Op Amp MCP6284 used for buffering.
The board measures acceleration with a minimum full-scale range of ±3 g.
Description
The three-axis accelerometer board features a small, thin, low-power, complete 3-axis accelerometer ADXL330 with signal conditioned voltage outputs, all on a single monolithic IC. It measures acceleration with a minimum full-scale range of ±3 g and has 5V voltage level. It can measure static acceleration of gravity in tilt-sensing applications, as well as dynamic acceleration resulting from motion, shock or vibration. ADXL330 is used in cost-sensitive, low-power, motion- and tilt-sensing applications such as: mobile devices, gaming systems, disk drive protection, image stabilization, sports and health devices, etc.
Examples
