"Let's get digital, digital" — with ADC 2 click, carrying a 22-bit analog to digital converter.
If you need higher accuracy that you could get with the original 12-bit ADC click, then consider this one. ADC 2 click carries the MCP3551 IC. In addition to the high resolution, this chip has an unadjusted error rate of less than 10 ppm, and low-output noise of 2.5 µV RMS.
Two pairs of screw terminals let you bring the voltage in and out, while the digital value is communicated to the target MCU through mikroBUS™ MISO, CS and CSK pins.
Like the original ADC click, this one also has a jumper to let you specify whether you’ll use 4.096V or VCC as the reference voltage.
