USART terminal - send line by line

The USART terminal is extremely useful because of the ability to store and queue strings. One thing that would make it a lot more useful would be the ability to pause the sending from a file at every CR/LF. That way, I could create a series of strings and send them one-by-one, and observe the responses. As it stands now, the entire file is sent all at once. There are times when you need to observe the reaction to individual strings (such as when testing a Modbus system).
