i am happy to see that the scope rules of declarations have been tightened in this version, older code i had worked ok with external declarations of s-bits ( LCD ) inside the implementation section of units so at first sight i was surprised this project did not build but i had to admit this to be correct, the declarations were in fact outside scope!

I therefore consider this release another step towards perfection ( always ahead of us)
