Patch for mikroBasic PRO for AVR 2010 v3.50

We have released a patch for mikroBasic PRO for AVR compiler version v3.50.
This patch adds a EPSON Graphic LCD Library in a compiler. This library supports
EPSON S1D13700 display controller. Also, this update is necessary for the new version
of Visual GLCD 1.50 Software.
