Making our own products based on MKE SPECS!

Hi,
Can we design our own specific schematics using your schematics as part of our design in order to create a new product ?
Our new product is *NOT* for educational purposes as your kits are meant to be !
We simply would use some portion of your design and drivers to produce a product that we can commercialize
as a special kind of PLC and not in competition with any of MKE products!
If we cannot do this from your development kits, then its useless to continue with MKE!
