CODEGRIP debug probe and mikroC PRO for PIC32

Does the CODEGRIP debug probe work with mikroC PRO for PIC32?
I have not been able to get mikroC PRO (mikroProg Suite) to detect the CODEGRIP debug probe.
mikroC PRO for PIC32 v4.0.0 (trial version)
CODEGRIP debug probe hardware v 1.02
CODEGRIP debug probe firmware v 1.3.0 (I've also tried v 1.5.0 - but read the forum post that suggested downgrading to v 1.3.0)
