Hi,

Did you try to use different USB ports/cables?
Also, please, can you try to connect SpeakUp with some other PC to see whether you have the same behavior?

Best regards,
Marina

Hi,

Please, can you tell me whether you tested SpeakUp on some other PC, to see whether you have the same problem?
Can you try to update USB HID driver on your PC?

Best regards,
Marina

at work does not installed, not an automatic update, does not manually ...
In the manual selection of drivers are not HID devices.
At home I is operating normally, system similar,
OS Win7 Max x64, MB Asus Z87-Delux, CPU i7-4770K

Hi,

SpeakUp click should be recognized as a standard USB Human Interface Device (HID) device
in the Device Manager of the Control Panel (there is no need for some additional settings).
From the picture that you attached I can see that on one PC, SpeakUp click is recognized properly?

Best regards,
Marina

Hi,

If the other PC recognized the SpeakUp click, most probably, problem isn't in very SpeakUp click.
Like I mentioned in my previous answer, SpeakUp click should be recognized as standard HID device - USB Input Device.

You can check USB HID drivers on your PC. I didn't understand well in one of your previous answer,
whether you are able to update USB HID driver.

Best regards,
Marina
