mB libraries on Libstock compilable now

Hi,

2015-01-26: all microBasic code (both for PIC and PIC24) of my libraries on LibStock have been made compilable now.

This e.g. means that all "with" statements are dealt with (expanded). :D

I could however not link and test the libraries (I have no mB licence, so I can not link "large" projects).
