How to debug the STM32 board after it flashed to USB HID Mod

#1 Post by irene007 » 22 Oct 2014 21:44

Hi,

I have flash my STM32 board to support USB HID Bootloader with "mikromedia STM32F2XX USB HID Bootloader.hex". Then the board won't be able to be recognize through MikroPro Suite or STM32 ST-LINK Utility, even I connect the board through ST-Link. I got the message: please make sure that you properly connected your programmer/debugger mikrobootloader. Now I would like to debug the code using MicroProg, but I can't because the MikroPro Suite can't detect the board.

Hi,
I have flash my STM32 board to support USB HID Bootloader with "mikromedia STM32F2XX USB HID Bootloader.hex".
You have used mikroProg for STM32 for this ?
And now you cannot program it anymore ?

Regards,
Filip.

Yes, after I flash this hex file, I can only reflash new hex file through MikroBootloader for USB HID. However, I can't debug new firmware through MikroProg, because the MikroProg Suite can't detect the device through st-link.

Thanks!

Hi,

Please, can you tell me which board are you using ?
Could you attach connection photos and the schematics of it ?

Regards,
Filip.
