Hi xyar2003,

I must to admit that this question is quite strange for GLCD Font Creator forum group, if you agree. :)

Did you try circuit and PCB from datasheet?
Which code you tried to use?

Silicon Labs si4421 is FSK 115kbps transceiver for unlicensed use in the 433, 868 and 915MHz bands. 315MHz band is not available with Si4421. IC uses SPI compatible serial control interface.

RFM12B modules are actually based on the Si4421 RF IC.

Among other, SiLabs say:
The Si4420 and Si4421 products are not available for new designs. For new designs, please use the Si4455 Sub-GHz Transceiver instead.

I hope this helps.

Peter
