Dspic33ep256mu806 with GLCD

Hi guys .
I am try to programming the microcontroler Dspic33ep256mu806. I have succesfully written my code and it works. The problems starts when I disconect the programmer . It works till I turn off the power but when I reconect the programmer it works properly again.My code includes Graphics-LCD .With LCD 16x2 it works fine . There is something I have to change in the configurations or something else ?
