how to make program about fan speed indicator using microC

SPEED FAN INDICATOR
our project use 2push button switch,1 dc motor and 3 led..when we push switch1 for 1st time,led1 will turn on and dc motor will rotate with slow speed.then, when we push switch1 for 2nd time,led1 n led2 will turn on and dc motor will rotate with medium speed.then,when we push switch1 for 3rd time.led1,2 n 3 will turn on and dc motor will rotate with fast speed..
after that when we push switch2 for 1st time,led1 n led2 will turn on with dc motor will rotate with medium speed.then when we push switch2 for 2nd time,led1 will turn on with dc motor will rotate with slow speed .then, we push switch2 for 3rd time no led will turn on and dc motor will turn off..
plez help us..
