TFT Proto question

Hi,

I have a question regarding the LCD TFT Proto add-on module. If you connect only 3.3V and GND pins, should the LCD light up by default (become white)? or is it a must to connect the LEDA-LEDK.

Hi Hsncn and welcome to the MikroE forum,

Yes, you need to use LEDA and LEDK pins for backlight.

MI0283QT-9A has 4 LEDs for background light. Pins are 1 (LEDK), 2 (LEDA1), 3 (LEDA2), 4 (LEDA3), 5 (LEDA4).
