The mikroETH Board offers everything you need to connect your prototype device to LAN. It includes a Microchip's 28-pin ENC28J60 Ethernet controller with MAC & PHY, 8KB RAM and SPI. The board can be connected to peripheral modules and external devices via a 2.54mm pin header. Due to its small size, this tool minimizes complexity, board space and cost of prototype development that needs Ethernet connectivity.
Target applications include VoIP, Industrial Automation, Building Automation, Home Control, Security and Instrumentation.
Board is designed to use 3.3V power supply only. Be careful to use voltage translators on communication lines when connecting it to 5V systems.
