Overview

Keypad 4x4 Board is a 4x4 keypad with a flat cable connector used for user interaction.

It can be connected to development system or can be used as part of some other device if required.

IDC10 connectors enable easy connection. Ready-to-use examples are provided with the board.

Description

The Keypad 4x4 Board features a 4x4 keypad that consists of a set of buttons similar to an alphanumeric keyboard with keys usually marked with letters, numbers and various extra keys. Embedded systems which require user interaction must be interfaced with devices that accept user input such as a keypad.

Examples

Examples provided with this board will show you how to connect the keypad to the microcontroller easily. Each example contains a detailed description of the relevant program including comments. All these examples can be downloaded from this page as well.
